Emails to Plusnet Broken Pipe with attachments.
We have a lot of users trying to email plusnet customers but unable to do so. When the users send emails without attachments, it works fine, but with attachments they sit there in the queue and when we push them, we just see a broken pipe error. We have tried changing timeouts to higher values, but it seems what ever we make them, after 2 minutes we get a broken pipe error. This seems to have started since your customers migrated to Plusnet Cloudmark Gateway.
For example -
