Emails not working - set up 2008 with Maddasafish

I have joined this community as feeling desperate! Two email accounts were set up by Globalnet which became Maddasafish and now part of Plusnet. They have worked just fine until 21 August . I have spoken to 4 different people in technical department on 4 occasions who have said they will refer it to another team as they “are not trained on email“. Is there anyone at Plusnet or on this Forum who can help me, please? Each person has said they will reset the password - this doesn’t solve the issue. Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you,

I would try webmail [for example] protonmail.com

You can setup a basic free secure email account, no adverts etc

Does not work exactly how? What error messages are you seeing?

Which ISP are you with?

Are you accessing over an ISP connection or 3/4G?

Can you access the mailbox here - http://webmail.plus.net

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
