Emails not syncing across Mac, iphone, ipad

If I reply to an email from my iphone, it doesn't appear on my Mac etc. etc.
I want the threads to an email to appear on all.
I'm using Outlook on the Mac.
Any suggestions?

If you have not. anything SENT, DELETED or Drafted will remain solely on that device.
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

I think it might be an Outlook on Mac issue.

First for email items sent from your phone to be visible elsewhere, then your phone must place its sent items in the IMAP server's Sent Items folder, not the phone's local sent folder.
Likewise Outlook on the Mac needs to be configured as IMAP and have its sent items also configured to be on the IMAP server. Configured like this, emails sent from any device are available on all devices.
