Emails not being received properly by Outlook?

Hi All
I have noticed an odd problem.  I have a few email boxes in use and realised that the inbox for one account in Outlook was not showing any emails since 24th October...............checking webmail they are there!  But then penny dropped, check the spam folder and there they are.
For some reason it looks like all email to that particular inbox is being flagged as Spam...........now I have never in Outlook identified any of those senders as "spam" sources so is this an oddity in Outlook or the PN servers spam filtering flagging them.  Either way what is the best way to 'clear' (so to the speak) the filtering other than going into the Junk folder and doing the individual emails???

have you checked the mail rules as something might have sneaked in by accident

Outlook mail rules checked (though I am unclear how any could have snuck in Wink )
There are none there applicable to that mailbox address whether 'setup' or inadvertent.
