Emails incoming to Junk Folder

Had problem a year ago ( see previous posts ). All incoming emails are arriving in the WEBmail junk folder. ( Marking as not spam is not effective. They STILL come to junk ). Eventually someone in the Community suggested that my account needed "re-setting". This was done and the problem fixed. Now it re-occurs. No changes by me to anything. Can someone PLEASE re-set it again or explain why it happens? Thankyou in advance.

Hello Adam. I have monitored for two days and the problem is still " as is ". All emails arrive into the WEBmail junk folder. Any other fixes or suggestions please?  Thanks in advance.
