Emails frozen and missing
On Thursday morning 31/08/17 all the subfolders and emails in my IMAP account disappeared and at the same time all emails on my Pop3 account showed 'message cannot be found' warning. Begun receiving normal emails in the pm but still no IMAP folders or emails and Pop3 still frozen. Help please.

Have you received warning notices that you had over 1GB of messages in your mail boxes and taken no action? From what you describe it sounds like Plusnet might have archived your mail for this reason.
Are there any closed tickets and/or service notices concerning this which a search at https://www.plus.net/wizard/?p=search for the last 30 days would show?
