Emails from my IP are being blacklisted

Hi,

I am finding emails from my IP are being blacklisted and I have never embarked on any spamming activity etc?

Hi Roger,

A warm welcome to the forums.

Can you please clarify your configuration and how / where you are seeing the blacklisting notification? Can you please post a copy here with email addresses munged?

Are you running your own email server or are you just using an email client which is submitting emails to the relay.plus.net SMTP server on port 587?

If "Yes" is the SMTP configured to be authenticated?

 

 

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
