Emails from Meetup.com blocked

Emails from Meetup.com have never been received by my email account.   Please investigate why they are being blocked - and unblock them

Any advance on why emails from Meetup are not reaching me ?

Meetup say they found that they are being blocked by Plusnet.

(No, they are not and have never been , in my spam folder)

I'm sorry to hear about this. Are you having any similar issues with emails from other companies? Have Meetup attempted to send you any test emails to see if these come through?

a) I have absolutely no issues with any other emails

b) When I changed my email on Meetup to gmail, emails arrived in gmail (I don't want to use gmail)

c) When Meetup emailed me separately to confirm I had raised a ticket ... it came through to Plusnet just fine

d) The regular Meetup emails never arrive as mentioned above.  And as mentioned above, Meetup said they are being blocked by Plusnet

c) indicates that Plsunet are not blocking emails from Meetup.

d) That tends to indicate that the regular emails are being marked as spam. 

Do you have 'discard obvious spam' set on your PlusNet email settings ? if so , then try unsetting it and see if the emails arrive

I am giving it a go ... but as far as I know there haven't been any emails heading in my direction since then.

Maybe this evening there will be something ...  I'll let you know

Well "discard obvious spam" is off AND I had added Meetup to the whitelist ...

and still no emails received

I should mention that quite a few people apparently have trouble receiving Meetup emails.  Whilst that could be a problem at Meetup's end, emails worked fine for me when I switched to a gmail address.  I've no idea what other do for an email client  - I didn't ask, as I assumed the problem was at Meetup - but Meetup say not.

If anyone has any further ideas before I go back to Meetup, I'd be happy to hear from you
