Emails from Mainline Internet Services not getting through

Headsup: Emails being sent to Plusnet users from the Mainline Internet Services mail servers are not getting through most of the time.
I tried raising this via online chat but that got me nowhere with the agent insisting that they must be getting a 552/550 error - they are not. He said that without the information from that non-existent error there was nothing they could do!

I wondered about that after I flagged it up to Bob
