We are getting this so far from one user;
The following organisation rejected your message: avasout03.
avasout03 #552 c7yoeqlnC6MuZc7ypeksRr message rejected due to spam or virus. If you believe this is in error please login to your portal or contact your ISP support team. ##
What is the problem here and how can we fix this?

Somebody is trying to send an email via our relay servers and it's being identified as spam and therefore rejected. It's likely to be something in the body of the email, or the sender address that's matching a spam fingerprint.
It can be looked into, however we would need to know the sender address, and have some idea of the content of the email.

Perhaps this seems a silly question but are those examples ones which actually got rejected? Are any of your outgoing messages sent successfully?

Some emails are rejected not all. At the end of #166528310 you will see example of an email that got rejected. For privacy I can't post it here.

As a fellow customer I have no access to your tickets or any information about your account. Hence I can only ask questions which might or might not help. If you try sending one of the emails again which was previously rejected does rejection still occur? The feedback from @Gandalf (who is a staff member) suggests the problem might now be resolved.
