Emails being blocked from other providers

It seems our gmail address is either being blocked or is very slow for some reason we are not receiving emails from a sky subscriber and vice/versa.
email from hammersmith hospital sent 08.58 1/3/16 received  10.00 2/3/16.
we are not receiving on laptop (W 8.1) or android pad both Kaspersky protected but the unprotected smart phone seems to work fine.

I'd need to see the email headers to know where the delay is occurring but your description makes me think the problem is local (Kapersky?). Regardless, it's not going to be anything to do with your Plusnet connection.
P.S. If you decide to post the headers here, remove the sender/recipient email addresses before doing so.

Try disabling anti spam although I would be surprised if that is doing it

Thank you for your interest it was me, or I hope it was. I added an (r) in the address as we went along making various changes.
the guvnor was sending but logged into the wrong account, nobody else noticed,until I noticed google had asked if she knew herself.
(repercussions will be avoided where possible)
