Emails Hanging

When sending emails ( Thunderbird POP3) I notice there is a short time when the email hangs on my screen before being sent. If there is an attachment in my email or if it is a 'reply to' where the original message is included then it can hang for several seconds before being sent.

I think we had this problem some months back and it seems to have returned.

I've been getting the same for a while now, which I put down to Thunderbird, or maybe the age of the PC.

It can hang when on anything between 50 to 99 per cent, but always goes after a few seconds.

Now, seeing your post, I suppose it's equally if not more likely that it's a server problem.
