Emails. All email folders lost

Emails including Outlook;Gmail;Plusnet suddenly lost but they are listed in "Settings" and the Mail symbol is missing from task bar and screen . Tried using Outlook but got error message " Not designed for windows" Error status oxc00000200 response. Any suggestions please. bunnyrabit

A warm welcome to the forums.

It sounds as though you are reporting a problem with your email application, rather than an issue specifically with the Plusnet email service. Is that correct?

What email program are you using?

What version of Outlook are you using? It is specifically designed for windows.

There is only one Google hit (in Japanese) for that error code and it refers to Win10 corruption issues. Is your system otherwise OK?

You could try running the following under Power Shell in admin mode...

DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
