Hi,
Emails to my PN account from info@landroverexperiencescotland.co.uk are being bounced back to the sender.
I do not have a copy of the bounce message.
The message is copied to my son who forwarded the emails to me. The forwarded email shows my email address as mike@ [Removed].plus.com, which looks right to me.
Thoughts?

Hi @Mikedench,
Is it only emails from this address that are being rejected? Also, just for clarification, do the forwarded emails come through fine or are these being amended at all?

Forwards come through fine.
I have some new info that I don't understand, maybe it will mean more to you.
My son who was on copy (the sender used Reply All) forwarded the emails to me. He was able to get the following information:

I know you advised you don't have a copy of the bounce back but is it possible to speak to the company and ask for a copy of the bounce back headers.
It might also be worth adding the sender to your white list in the mail settings (here> manage account> manage my mail> spam> whitelist/blacklist filtering)

Jolo,
Thank you for pointing me to the black and white lists for email addresses. I have added the address to he white list.
I am told that the spf information being missing from the sender may be the problem, do you agree?
Getting the bounce back message is a problem as their emails were being blocked, Whether the white list has fixed it I don't know and do not expect many if any more emails from the address. I have been using an intermediary to receive he mesages and to forward them to me.

It certainly could be the reason you've experienced this issue, as your son had correctly surmised and I do believe it's very likely that whitelisting the email address has resolved the issue.
As you say, fortunately you're not expecting many (if any) emails from that address but I'm glad it looks like we at least got to the bottom of it.
