I signed up too plusnet this morning and I’m trying to sign up too get a plusnet email address but it just keeps sending me round In circles and just getting error messages and it’s just not letting me have the option to make one.
Exactly where are you looking? You should be able to configure your email settings within the user portal (https://www.plus.net/) under "Manage Account" -> "Manage My Email".
Note that you cannot use the Plusnet SMTP server to send emails until the service is connected.
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
