Email setup on iPad3

I have just bought an iPad3 but cannot set up my PlusNet email account.  PlusNet can't help neither can Apple Support.
Has anyone found the answer please? I do not want to change my PlusNet email address.

What's the issue specifically?
Where does it get stuck? It should be pretty similar to this guide: http://community.plus.net/library/email/setting-up-plusnet-email-on-an-iphone/
