I've noticed for a while now that the service status for Email has been stuck on "Email/Webmail running slowly (91363)", and also the last entry is "When will the next update be? 6 March 1:00 PM" but no update posted. So what is the status, assuming that someone knows ?

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
