We're currently experiencing routing problems across our network which is causing issues for a large number of our customers at the moment.
These issues may result in problems when browsing to websites or accessing other Internet related services.
Due to this we've taken the decision to put holding pages in place instead of our website.
Our engineers are looking into this as a matter of priority and further updates will be posted when available.
Been very "lumpy" most of the afternoon.

Thought I had settings wrong so been through all the set-ups. SMTP setting for when not connected to plusNet, using port 587 etc. SSL OFF.... So looked here for known problems....
Getting username or password incorrect error.
It's ok on home WiFi .....
Ran out of things to try...... deleted and recreated accounts.... powered off and on..... Anything else I can try ?
Thanks

EDIT - nothing showing at http://www.plus.net/supportpages.html?a=2&?helpheader=servicestatus suggesting there's a problem. Can't get "Basic Webmail" to work either.
FURTHER EDIT = Outlook Express won't download either
