I’ve just checked my emails via my iPhone and all have disappeared, with the exception of one received today at 08:50.
Webmail is also only showing one email.

Two possibilities...
- You have exceeded your FUP quota ... which will have given rise to weeks of warning emails ... prior to the mailbox(es) being archived
- the iPhone has got its sync in a muddle ... which is not unheard of
If you look at the mailbox using webmail and see the same as on your phone then (1) applies - ask on the mailbox restore thread for the archive to be restored.
If you see the whole of your email history, then (2) applies ... return and ask for more guidance.
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
