The above ticket has been raised by one of my referrals (presently overseas). I am somewhat disappointed that the ticket has simply been placed on hold by CSC without any feedback on what can be done and by when. I might have understood (that by the time the ticket got looked at) the request cannot be actioned before Monday, but advice of what might happen when would have least given an indication that someone plans to do something.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
