Email relay.plus.net not working
As of today both myself and my husband are unable to send emails on our iPads and iPhones.
We get a message saying
The connection to the outgoing server 'smtp.plus.net failed. Additional Outgoing Mail Servers can be configured for Mail accounts in Setting.
We have tried this but it did not help
We have not changed any settings within our email accounts
We use Plusnet email addresses and the outgoing mail server SMTP is set to relay.plus.net

Please accept my apologies for the issue in sending emails.
Could you ensure the setting for outgoing mail are entered as below on all devices.
Username: Account username, or if using an additional mailbox, username+(mailbox name)
Password: Your mailbox password
SMTP Outgoing mail server: relay.plus.net
SMTP Outgoing mail server port:587
SSL: Off for both incoming and outgoing
If the issue persists and you can confirm the settings are correct, feel free to send us a screenshot of your settings without sensitive information so we can narrow down the issue.
