This afternoon I have two emails rejected as spam. They were just conversation emails to two friends who I normally email satisfactorily. Other emails are getting through to other addresses.
The error message on each one was:
The mail system
<email@example.com>: host mx.avasin.plus.net[220.127.116.11] said: 552
Spam Message Rejected (in reply to end of DATA command)
Both people I emailed have addresses that end with .plus.com
Anyone any idea what might have caused the spam block?

I am having this exact problem, Plusnet are blocking some important emails probably thinking they are spam.
I have lost good business because of this-I think it has been going on for some time.
This is incoming emails as well as outgoing.
Help required ASAP please!.
