Email problem

Hi.

Webmail has changed I now have to enter a code for each email I send, Why? also some mail received infact quite a few are in what appears to be MIME format, some have a lot of HTML included and other's arrive in very very small text.

  This never happened before what's going on?

Thanks for the heads up. Lucky I don't use my PN email address. Entering codes! Whatever next?

That's strange, that's certainly not by design. Would you be able to send me a screenshot of it happening, I've logged into my account and sent an email fine, just need to replicate it to get the bug raised.

Are you on you Plusnet connection?  Are you using a VPN connection?  I think I remember there being something about that if you where abroad (and possibly only in certain countries at that)

Hi,

I am on a plusnet connection and I use two browsers safari and Chrome, I use chrome to access both of my email addresses, I am also UK based.

Thanks for flagging that @longshanks67 after further investigation it turns out that we haven't whitelisted for captcha that IP range. I've raised it now.
