Email performance - Imap server failing to respond.

Hi, I've noticed that I'm regularly experiencing IMAP issues (Server failing to respond). This seems to happen between mid-morning and some time mid afternoon; and I'm in another of these mini outages right now.  

 

I can connect to Plusnet webmail and see my new emails there, but I can't access these from my mobile (ios 26.3 Apple mail & Spark clients) or from various other devices (PC and Mac). 

 

Is it just a case of this happening until the mail migration completes as I don't see any outages mentioned for IMAP service... but it's clearly not working ? 

 

All my Imap settings are the recommended Plusnet settings.

Thought it was just me but since Plusnet changing us to Greenby the whole email thing has got very flaky some times having to wait for hours to receive emails already on Greenby webmail???

Thanks for coming back to the community. 

We would like to get this looked into as currently we're not aware of any issues with IMAP. To help us get this checked, could you let me know some further details. 

Do you notice any difference when using webmail? Could you send me a screenshot of any error messages you get? If this includes personal information, send these to me in a private message
