Email on Outlook 2010

Hi folks , I'm trying to set up my Plusnet emails on MS Outlook 2010 program but the test emails keep getting rejected, is this because my Broadband hasn't gone live yet. The Webmail is working ok.

Yep, your broadband needs to be active before you can send email via Plusnet's relay server.
