Email not working!

Hi
I'm new to Plusnet and new to here
I want to send quite a few pictures by email and instead of using hotmail to attatch them i thought i would set up Outlook as its easier. However the POP settings taken from the Help section do not work, i have checked and re-checked.
I tried logging into webmail but all it says is ERROR: Connection dropped by IMAP server.
Can anyone help me please?

Can you try again now please? The storage on our mail platform hadn't created correctly for your mailboxes so I've fixed that now and they should be working.
