Email not recieved due to spam filter

Someone tried to send me an email today but it was rejected as spam, presumably by Plusnet's spam filter.
How do I fix this?

When the site is back up go the Manage My Mail - I think
There should be an option for not deleting obvious spam or indeed just disabling all spam filtering
You can also white list his email address

The downside of such action is that you expose yourself to the risk of getting spam you really do not want.
I'd recommend your friend to look at why the email is being marked as spam.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
