Re: Email log in issue

Well, I just got two e-mails through. Logged into webmail, and found them there, plus one more as yet undelivered.
BUT - all my past e-mails were missing!!!! Nothing to see except todays mail!

Re: Email log in issue

I've also noticed this morning that all of my mails stored in plusnet webmail are currently showing a 'received' date of 9:28PM yesterday. I'm assuming this is related to the current issue but is it just a display issue or have these dates been changed on the server during some form of data recovery operation? If it's the latter is there any hope that the original dates will be restored at some point?

Have tried to collect emails every 10 mins for the past 3 hours. Every attempt has failed.

Although the main issue seems now to be resolved, we have noticed that some
customers are still experiencing issues with their email service due to the original
issue.
We are still looking into this issue and would like to reassure customers that
emails will be stored and de-queued once the issue is fully resolved.
We'll have more updates shortly, thank you for your patience and we apologies for
any inconvenience caused.

Re: Email log in issue

FWIW - I find, at 12h24, I can SEND email, but not RECEIVE it.  Implying the problem is with the mail.plus.net server, and not the relay.plus.net server.  (But I'm sure you all at PlusNet knew that!)
