Hi, I have a totalise account that I've been using as my main email address for many years. Just this morning, it seems to have stopped working and I'm no longer able to connect to it to get my email, either via my email client or via webmail. I haven't changed the password recently but when I try to access it via webmail, I just get the message 'login failed'. and the email client I use (Mac Mail) just keeps asking me to enter the password, even though it was working fine yesterday. Can anyone help with this, please ?
