Email from Wix email mailing list bounced by plusnet server

Hi,

Would appear that an email sent from a wix email mailing list was bounced by the plusnet mail server, the mailing list consists of around 90 odd address, all of which delivered ok with the exception of mine.

Subject was 'England Athletics Affiliation' and would have been sent at approx 7:30am, nothing in the message body should have been classed as spam.

Is there any way I can see how many emails get blocked?

I'm afraid it's not possible for us or yourself to see what e-mails haven't made it through to you. The only person who can see would be the sender of the e-mails.

Have you been provided with the full bounce-back e-mail?

So far the only info I've got from Wix is they classed it as a 'Soft Bounce'

I'll reach out to Wix to find out if they can provide more info.

I'm only aware of this one as I can see it's flagged as bounced in the wix admin area, does concern me a tad that I wouldn't know if any other communication thats sent to me is being bounced or not.

Should be visible in the MailServer log if it was 'bounced' Matthew?

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
