Email folders have disappeared

Hi

I have just gone into our 'parent' webmail account and all the folders other than the Inbox have just disappeared. Can anyone tell me how to get them back?

It sounds like you have gone over the 1Gb storage limit. Have you received notifications/warnings to the email address listed as your contact with Plusnet?

No warnings and I would be surprised if we'd gone over the limit - none of the mailboxes was very large.

Do you know if it is posible to recover them? If they are too big I can at least get rid of the dross.

Or, of course, this could be a repeat of the last time you reported an issue, and you hadn't accessed your mail for 90+ days

No - it can't be that as I've definitely accessed the account in the last 90 days. I think last time everything disappeared, including the inbox.
