Delays of up to 3 hours. Some get through immediately.
Delays occur irrespective of source of email.
Emails arrive at Ironport, but are delayed being passed on to PN servers.
Latest delay only 14 minutes, to arrive at 11.02.

Thanks Tony, checking the IronPort work queues I can see that you're absolutely right.
I'm about to put out another service announcement and will make sure mention is paid to the potential for email delays. I've also added some detail here.

Probably related - I'm having difficulties accessing PN webmail on a non-PN connection. I keep getting ERROR: Connection dropped by IMAP server.

Yes, that is related and it's happening from PN connections too

I, too am getting:

In red typing. Is this a problem with Plus Net or my PC?

You may still receive that error occasionaly whilst the mail platform clears through today's backlog.
