Email accounts missing from admin screen

I noticed recently that I can no longer admin my email accounts from the plusnet site. I have 4 or 5 I regularly use. They are all working fine and I can access them via webmail or email clients. I have no way of changing their passwords or other details. I can add and delete new accounts, aliases, etc. but the web interface just won't display my existing accounts.
I had a web chat with frontline support, they claimed they could see them fine. I logged out/in, cleared cache, tried different browsers and devices, but still cannot see my account details.
Has anyone else seen this and how did you resolve it?
I used to be on Force9 and still use those mail servers if that makes any difference.

Morning @philpav, thanks for getting that over to us.
I can see from the account that you've definitely got multiple mailboxes set up.
To (hopefully) resolve the issue I've sent through an auto-refresh command on the email component of the account.
Please let me know if this doesn't help and I'll then raise a task with our Network Operations Team for them to look into the issue.

Hi Phil, this is quite odd. I've refreshed the portal component on your account to try to fix this.
Can you let us know how it goes after half an hour?
If you're still having issues we may need to raise this with our network operations guys.
