Email account not receiving mails

I've just purchased a Galaxy Note 10.1 Wifi tablet and have set up my e-mail account using the same info for my Plusnet account. The device tells me that all is well and I should be receiving emails soon. But several day's and many attempts later....nothing. I'm new to the Android World. Am I missing something?

Hi Broley,
I'm really sorry to hear you're having problems receiving e-mails.
Are you able to send e-mails without any issues?
Can you ensure that your 'Outgoing Mail Server' is set to relay.plus.net  <--- this is the correct setting which should allow you to send e-mails

Hi Chris. Thanks for your reply. I've sent one email and that seemed to go ok. It's the incoming emails that I can't get. All my settings appear to be correct. I'm quite baffled.

Can you see incoming emails using http://webmail.plus.net ?
