I have been trying to access my email account so I can adjust and upgrade p/w. Having trawled through plusnet I have hit a brick wall. Everywhere I go there are preset Q with preset answers which do not help at all. Please make it simpler plusnet for us paying customers.

Only very old accounts still have use of Plusnet’s email service. If an account has use of the email service then the email administration tools can be found on the Manage My Account page having logged into the user portal.
The password for the default mailbox is the same as the user account password.
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
