Email/Webmail problems

My Plusnet account has been activated this week, all is fine with the broadband and phone, but I have been trying to use the webmail and set up a separate email client, but the webmail says my username and/or password are unknown.  I have checked that it is my actual account login name and password to use, without success.
Is there anything else I need to set-up in order to use my email?

Have you set up an email address? That needs to be done first by clicking the Create New Email Address button in Manage My Mail.

I've just been able to log in to webmail fine as yourself, are you still having any problems? It looks like the mailbox should be set up now.
