Email Sending but not Receiving

I can send emails from my Plusnet account but I can't receive them. Possible reason is I haven't used the email account for some time, but I seem to remember a message telling me that it should automatically reactivate.
Another issue is that when I log in to webmail my Current Mailbox is: mydomain@mydomain.plus.com. How do I see emails to a Mailbox such as anyothername@mydomain.plus.com ?

Can you drop me a PM with your account username as I'm not able to find your account through the usual means?
With regards to seeing e-mails from any additional mailboxes in webmail, you'd need to enter your account username then the name of the mailbox. An example of this would be yourusername+mailboxname and then the password you chose for that mailbox.
If you're unsure about what the password could be you can go to 'Manage my Mail' here and then change it.
