Hi,
I am about to change from TalkTalk to Plusnet broadband and phone. Can anyone tell me if I can copy my address book from AOL to Plusnet. I appreciate that this could be difficult as AOL don't seem to have anything that is easy. Any help would be very much appreciated.

this explains how to export them as a csv file  http://support2.constantcontact.com/articles/FAQ/2068
once you have that there are a number of options but basically you would need to convert it from a csv file to a vCard  file then import it
This assumes that you want to use webmail
If you intend to use a local email client - which one
