Many consumers do chop & change their utility/ insurance companies now on a fairly routine basis, so though you'll be losing customers, following imminent price increase, some may well return in future, & like to use their previous username (Appreciate any IMAP folders will have been deleted, if they use that e mail method

Yes Gel thats all I want, I understand I won't be able to retrieve old emails but would just like it re-instated. It was a fairly unusual username so doubt its been taken.

It doesn't look like the account is fully destroyed yet, so that should be OK. We should be able to reactivate this and convert it to a Plusnet Mail only account for £1.06 per month.
If you're happy with this, I'd advise getting in touch with our Customer Options Team on the below details.
Telephone number:
0800 013 2632 (Selecting option 1, then option 2)
Opening Times:
08:00 - 20:00 Monday to Friday
09:00 - 19:00 Saturday
09:00 - 18:00 Sundays
Usually there's no call queue, but as it's a weekend, currently there is a 15 minute wait time.
Let us know if you have any further issues or questions.

I'm afraid due to the length of time that has passed, we won't reactivate the account on mail only.
To be honest, the previous account being discussed should not have been reactivated either.

Even if someone opted to keep an email only account upon requesting their cancellation (As per the process) if they came back for broadband in future we wouldn't be able to add broadband back on to a historical mail only account and they would still have to sign up a new broadband account.
