E mails to my plusnet address not getting here

The last plusnet emails I had were at 7 a.m. I use Thunderbird it works with my yahoo mail Plusnet webmail does not work   I have reported to [CSA Removed]  They tell me to wait  four hours as he has reset

If Plusnet have reset the email component on your account it can take up to 4 hours for the DNS (Domain Name System) addresses to appear on the Internet. How long ago is it since the reset occurred?

It is around 4 hours and I have sent myself some mail whicgh is O.K Thank you
