E mails rejected by NHS Server relayed via plus net

I eventually sent my message via Yahoo a/c which doesn't have to relay via Plus Net.
E mails from a onetel address via Relay. plus.net
have all been bounced; does it not like onetel or plus net?

no problem sending to my wife's NHS account from my plusnet account if it helps

Hmm.
This was 1st line of bounce e mail:
This is the mail system at host nhs-pd1e-esg010.ad1.nhs.net.
E mails from soneone trying to assist at their end, came straight through, no problemo!
