Good Evening,
All of the e-mails and folder structure from one of our mailboxes disappeared a few days ago (Thursday 30th/Friday 31st).
It looks as though it has been deleted from the mail server, however there have been no warning e-mails come through about any upcoming maintenance or archival of e-mails. However we are still receiving new e-mails in the mailbox.
How do we go about getting the e-mails restored?

Hi, A warm welcome to the forums.
Email usage exceeding 75% utilisation of the Fair Usage Space results in users receiving an warning email to the notification email address recorded against the account. It is not uncommon for user to not monitor that mailbox.
Thereafter if the mail box is not managed appropriately and 100% utilisation of the FUP is exceeded, there are two further warnings; seven days after the last, the mailbox will be archived.

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Good Evening,
Thank you for your prompt response. We suspected that is what might have happened, however we have checked the root mailbox and no such e-mails have been received in it. The last e-mail warning about archival was received in the middle of 2019.
How can we get somebody to check to see if the mailbox has been archived and for some reason the warning e-mails have not made it to us?

Your request has already been flagged. Can you please check the email address in your communication preferences, is the one you’ve mentioned.
You should also be able to find the warning notices in your closed tickets - see the link below.
