Yeah I'd also recommend trying IMAP rather than POP3.

Alternatively I'd try backing up your e-mails, removing the mailbox then re-adding it as POP3.

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.

Reply to Townman. Thanks for advice. I use several mailboxes. I think I will change one to IMAP. Presumably the others can still be connected via POP until I see how the change works.

Yup, though if you imap to one that’s got a pop3 client ... you might not see any emails.

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
