E-mail redirect

I have been playing around trying to redirect e-mail on two separate accounts, but it just doesn't seem to work - is the system broken?

I don't believe that you can change an email account from normal to redirect
You need to delete the account first and then add it as a redirect
If that isn't the problem shout up
