Re: E-mail from my ccgi to my Plusnet inbox being rejected

OldJim ... Having moved my post and the supporting headers and content information to the hidden forums, how can I see any response / suggestions from Bob (if there have been any?)
The problem still exists.

That was before he posted the information requested which I moved to the hidden forums as it included a lot of email addresses

Re: E-mail from my ccgi to my Plusnet inbox being rejected

Ah, so it was.
I've fed the email content that was provided into Cloudmark but it's not being identified as spam. I think the problem is more to do with the reputation of the CGI servers themselves. This is one of the things we're currently looking to address...

Re: E-mail from my ccgi to my Plusnet inbox being rejected

Afraid not.
What I think we need to do is remove the Ironport boxes from the outbound path and send CGI mail directly to the Cloudmark devices. We should then be in a position to reset the reputation of the CGI servers and Cloudmark should prevent them getting as poor a reputation again.
This will help address the problem where email is sent via the CGI platform to a Plusnet-hosted email address and subsequently refused/bounced. It will not help much if the mail is being sent via the CGI servers is considered spam by the outbound Cloudmark appliances themselves.

Heads up folks that we're looking to complete this work tomorrow morning so keep your eyes peeled for any oddness. For any of you who've been having problems, I'd be interesting in hearing whether or not this helps..?
