Does anyone else find it impossible to delet spam mail? I've tried umpteen times, without success, and usually end up just deleting the damned stuff.
Must admit, I don't use plusnet's e-mail much - very inferior to others.

I don't think that's the problem, pierre_
I understood the question to be about stopping the spam in its tracks, which some people still think can be done by clicking the 'Spam' button in Webmail. If I were Plusnet, I would get rid of this shortcut, and advise people on the longwinded method and consequences of reporting spam. Not as user-friendly, I agree, but it would save an awful lot of confusion.
@billrailton
The way to try and control spam is using the 'Spam' tab in the 'Manage My Mail' function of the Members' Centre.
Hope this helps
