As Plusnet email is so appalling, I may get in contact with Watchdog.

As other people have said, "why should we have to change all our emails because Plusnet can't get their act together.

The show is next Wed, maybe they can help.

Apologies for the current problems with webmail. Our engineers have been working hard to restore the service to a usable state this week.

We have seen a noticeable improvement today, however we understand it's not back to how we want the service for our customers and will continue to work on this and provide updates via our service status page here whenever we have more information.
