Strange thing, I always get two emails to the same email account address (my usual + one to postmaster), when ever anything is sent from Plusnet. This includes from the Community, bills, support and etc..
Is this normal?

Such communications are sent to the contact address and postmaster.
If the contact address is the default mailbox (which has the alias postmaster) you will see the same email twice in the same mailbox.

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
