Do Plusnet also use the Policy Block List

The reason I ask is that for the last few weeks I haven't been receiving emails from one address
Adding the host to the white list fixed it
Checking via Spamhaus shows it as being listed in the Policy Block List https://www.spamhaus.org/pbl/

We use the Zen list I believe which incorporates both the SBL and PBL lists.

I have reported the problem to the server host as I suspect that it will have a wider impact than just me
