Do I need to setup a Plusnet email address?

I've just signed up for Plusnet Unlimited Fibre and Home Phone.
Do I need to set up a Plusnet email address to receive future emails from Plusnet, or will they just continue to use the outlook.com email address that I used when I signed up if I don't create one?

No , emails will be sent to your outlook.com email address.

I may still create a mailbox and use it for all of the less important mail (e.g. Facebook, Tripadvisor etc.) and occasional marketing email from companies that I have previously done business with.
I'll keep my outlook.com address for all of the more important mail. This is what I currently do with Sky.
